Our Commitment To Privacy

Your privacy matters. This notice explains how we use the information you send us, and how we protect your privacy. You can reach this notice from our home page and from any page where we ask for information.

When You Browse Our Web Site

Each time you visit any site on the Web, your browser automatically supplies data, including your web request, IP (Internet Protocol) address, browser type, browser language, and one or more site-specific cookies – small text files – if you allow cookies. Our Web site logs any information that your browser supplies.

If you allow cookies and you visit our site, we supply identifying cookies that your browser automatically stores on your computer. These cookies contribute to aggregated traffic data used to analyze how people in general use the Web site, and to determine how the Web site might be improved.

The default settings in most browsers allow cookies. You can reset your browser to disable cookies altogether, to display a message when a cookie is being sent, or to delete cookies at set intervals. Some features on the Microstar Laboratories Web site may not work as effectively with cookies disabled or deleted.

In some cases, cookies are also used for advertising. Our search service supplier may serve advertising on our site, and we do use third-party services to advertise on other sites. This advertising may be in the form of remarketing - serving advertising on other sites, to users who have visited our site in the recent past. We currently use Google for such advertising and their cookies may be used for such tracking. You may opt-out of such remarketing through settings in your Google Account, if you have one, or the Network Advertising Initiative.

You also may want to review How Google uses data when you use our partners' sites or apps.

When You Submit Information

On some pages on our Web site we ask for information: name, address, company, email address, phone number, etc. If you are located in a country where we have a local distributor selling our products, then we will ask you for permission to pass to them – and only to them – the contact information you provided. They then can give you direct service and local pricing information. If you do not provide that permission, then we will not share your data.

If you are not located in one of the distributor countries, then we will never provide your information to another company, unless you ask us to do so (e.g., for shipping) or explicitly allow us to do so (e.g., as a referral).

Mailing Lists

When you submit information to us in a form, and you actively agree, we will add you to our emailing list. You can expect to receive an email message about our products approximately once a month. You may opt out when you initially submit the form. At the end of every marketing message, there are opt-out instructions with a numbered code. Reply to the message using the code to be manually removed from the mailing list. You may do this at any time.
