Contact our Application Engineering group for answers to questions about your own application or about our Data Acquisition Processor systems. Call our home office at 425 453-2345 during our office hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Pacific Time), or send us a request to contact you.
If you call for technical support on a board you already purchased, please provide the following information:
- DAP Model
- DAP Serial Number
- DAPL Version
- DAP PC Software (Host)
Try the DAPmem download. This simple but very useful program tracks the memory usage on DAP boards.
Upgrade your DAPtools CD.
- Download the complete DAPtools Basic 5 CD, including all product manuals.
- Or if you are using an ISA DAP board and/or an older version of Windows, download DAPtools Basic 4.30.
- Ask us about upgrading your DAPtools Standard or DAPtools Professional to version 5.
For Earlier DAP Models Only
* You can now download the current software for ISA DAP boards running 16-bit applications. This free download includes the software you need to run your 16-bit data acquisition application on your ISA DAP board. Each ISA DAP board ships with this software, but if you need the current version, whether you are upgrading to Windows 95/98 or have mislaid your original disk, you can download the drivers here.
* Before calling technical support for your 16-bit application, download DAPcheck. This program, a simple DAP diagnostic tool, provides basic information about how the system is set up and whether or not the correct drivers can be found. Use this program only if you run a 16-bit application under Windows 95. Do not use DAPcheck if you have a 32-bit application or use the Accel32 or DAPcell Basic server.
