Is it safe to use xDAP on a European 230 VAC system at 50 Hz frequency?
Yes. You just need to provide a power cable with the appropriate connections to the 230 VAC supply. The xDAP power supply requires no configuration. It operates on 120 VAC or 230 VAC systems, and at 50 Hz or 60 Hz.
